We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your order, contact our customer service at the e-mail address support@honiehbeauty.com indicating the identification number of your order and the problem, we will do our best to send you feedback as soon as possible.

If the product received is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect product due to a mistake, we will be happy to send you a new one without additional shipping costs.

If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and / or used. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be made as soon as the goods are received following a check. Return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
