SHIPMENTS, EXPENSES AND CONDITIONS

Your order will be processed within the next 48 hours after reception and delivered by a commercial courier. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to the e-mail address associated with your order.
We currently ship only in Europe and USA. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

Shipping in Italy

5€ for orders less than 60€, FREE over 60€ orders. Shipping takes 1-2 working days to be delivered

Shipping to Europe

€ 10.00 for orders under € 60, FREE for orders over € 60.

Shipping to USA

12€ for orders under 100€, FREE for orders over 100€

If you do not receive the shipping identification code, please contact us. In European Union countries, orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

Shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures as customs duties may have to be paid before the shipment is successful in some countries that are not within the European Union.
It is mandatory to declare the total value of the goods (without including shipping costs) in all packages addressed to countries outside the European Union,
and shipments may be subject to import taxes and fees that are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient;
unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict them in any way.

DELAY DELIVERY

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of receiving the shipment confirmation, please contact our customer service at support@honiehbeauty.com

MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER

Unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify an order that has already been processed. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. Send us your cancellation order via e-mail to support@honiehbeauty.com and return the products in their original condition, without having been opened or used.


RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your order, contact our customer service at the e-mail address support@honiehbeauty.com indicating the identification number of your order and the problem, we will do our best to send you feedback as soon as possible.

If the product received is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect product due to a mistake, we will be happy to send you a new one without additional shipping costs.

If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and / or used. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be made as soon as the goods are received following a check. A return shipping fee of €5 will be charged to the buyer.
